About Us

ISCHR has been created by two school highly experienced HR professionals, Rowan Bell and Chris Marshall.

Between us we have over forty years of experience working in Education, thirty of which have been in the International sector. We have worked with both individual schools and large school groups, and have been involved with numerous school openings, school closures and all aspects of delivery in a school setting.
