About Us

ISCHR has been created by 2 former school HR professionals, Rowan Bell and Chris Marshall. Between us we have over 40 years of experience working in Education, 25 of which have been in the International sector. We have worked with individual schools and large school groups. We have been involved with numerous school openings, school closures and all aspects of HR deliver in a school setting.
